B2 ΠΡΟΦΟΡΙΚΑ
My name is George and I work in a ........
I am a student and I am studying English for my B2 certificate. In my free time
I practise sports. I go to a local gym and I do sports. I love travelling when
I have time, especially during Christmas. I always go travel to Europe, to
countries I have not visited yet.
My favourite holidays are on an island
where there are peace and quiet. My favourite things while on holiday are to
swim and to go walking along the sea.
I enjoy my holidays when I go with friends
and we really enjoy ourselves.
I love music and I sometimes sing with
friends at school or at local associations. I love musical groups from Greece
and abroad. When we have groups visiting our island, I always go to hear live
music. The last group I had seen was THE YOUNGS. A local group which play
and sing very well. They sing in Greek and in English. They are very lively and
we enjoy listening to them.
I also go to the gym to exercise. I love
walking and I walk to work every day. This is a good practice for me and I
believe that exercise makes us feel well and healthy. Nowadays all young people
do sports. They join gyms or go to the local stadiums where they practise
the sport they like and are good at.
Travelling is also very interesting and
very educational. We learn things about a foreign country and about lifestyle
in other places. We broaden our knowledge and we are familiar with other
lifestyles, customs, and traditions.
There are some difficulties in travelling
such as the cost, the boats, which have delays and weather which affects them.
It can be tiring and costly.
